Chelsea will look to revive their rapidly disappearing title hopes when they take on bottom of the table Wolves at Molineux. Bet on Wolves vs Chelsea with PaddyPower after reading our betting preview.

Chelsea drew 3-3 with Aston Villa in the Premier League on Sunday. The Blues went ahead through a Frank Lamprd penalty but were hurtling towards defeat after Ashley Young and Emile Heskey had scored for the visitors. Late goals from Didier Drogba and John Terry seemed to have given them all three points but Ciaran Clark took advantage of some woeful marking to score a stoppage time equaliser for Villa.

Youngster Jeffrey Bruma, who started in defence alongside John Terry, is likely to make way for Branislav Ivanovic, who returns from suspension. Jose Bosingwa may also be chosen at right back ahead of Paulo Ferreira.

Frank Lampard and Michael Essien were not exactly at their best against Villa and will need to lift their game against Mick McCarthy’s side.

Chelsea form- last five games- most recent first- Chelsea scorers in brackets-

Chelsea 3-3 Aston Villa ( Frank Lampard, John Terry, Didier Drogba)
Chelsea 1-0 Bolton ( Florent Malouda)
Arsenal 3-1 Chelsea ( Branislav Ivanovic)
Tottenham 1-1 Chelsea ( Didier Drogba)
Olympique Marseille 1-0 Chelsea

Wolves tasted defeat against fellow strugglers West Ham in their weekend clash, thus bringing Mick McCarthy’s side back to earth following their stunning win over Liverpool. The result also saw them slip back to the bottom of the league table.

Karl Henry and Michael Mancienne are the two main absentees for Wolves, who are also missing Kevin Doyle and Joey Craddock amongst others.

Wolves form- last five games- most recent first- Wolves scorers in brackets

West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Liverpool 0-1 Wolves ( Stephen Ward)
Wolves 1-2 Wigan ( Fletcher)
Wolves 1-0 B’Ham ( Stephen Hunt)
Blackburn 3-0 Wolves

Verdict:- Wolves play attractive football, but there are holes they leave at the back to exploit. Chelsea should win this, even if they are away from home.

Wolves 1-3 Chelsea ( Ebanks Blake/ Lampard, Anelka, D.Drogba)
