If you don’t know who Billy Walters is you don’t know gambling.
Walters is a Las Vegas legend; a man who routinely makes half-million-dollar wagers and who bet $1.5 million (that much is confirmed, but it could be more) on Oregon in the national championship and who wagered at least $3.5 million on New Orleans in last year’s Super Bowl.
