The Todd Pletcher trained More Than Real, with jockey Garrett Gomez aboard, gave a strong performance to out do race favourite Winter Memories in the Grade Two Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf at Churchill Downs.
Although progressing well during the race, Winter Memories ran out of room after the home turn, while the victor soon got clear inside the final furlong, recording a victory by two lengths.
